General Terms

5. DNT Car Care is not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased on our website. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, revenue loss, delivery delays, service interruptions, or any technical issues, regardless of the cause.
6. Product warranties, repairs, or services are provided by the respective manufacturers. DNT Car Care is not responsible for fulfilling manufacturer claims or performance guarantees. All products are sold in their original packaging without alteration.
7. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at our discretion.
8. Order cancellations must follow our Order Cancellation and Refund Policy outlined below.
9. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons, even after order confirmation and payment. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded, and you will be notified accordingly.
10. If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer, any additional costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
11. While we may assist with change of delivery address requests, we cannot guarantee successful redirection as these depend on offline processes with courier partners. If delivery fails due to delayed communication, Clause 10 will apply.
12. Users must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including billing/shipping addresses, contact number, and GSTIN if applicable. We are not liable for delivery delays or returns resulting from inaccurate information. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
13. DNT Car Care is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. Any delivery-related queries must be addressed directly with them.
14. We are not liable for credit card fraud. It is the customer’s responsibility to use only their own card. Any fraudulent use will be solely at the user’s risk.
15. No complaints will be entertained beyond 3 days from the date of delivery as confirmed by our courier partner.
16. Our website may contain links to external websites for your convenience. These links do not imply our endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content on such sites.
17. You may not create a link to our website without prior written consent from DNT Car Care.
18. Order details and invoices are retained for up to 6 months We are unable to retrieve order information or issue invoices beyond this period.

Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, net banking, or direct bank transfer (details available at checkout). Our site uses 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure secure transactions, making DNT Car Care a safe and trusted platform for your car care needs.

Order Cancellation Policy

At DNT Car Care, we strive to support our customers as best we can. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. In such cases, we will refund the amount after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges, as per our refund policy.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any cancellation request at our discretion. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 10 working days from the cancellation date.
